In 2024, I started Mountain Ember Hot Sauce out of a deep passion for growing peppers and a love for hot sauce. It all began in 2022, in the mountain town of Idaho City, Idaho, where I began cultivating my own peppers and crafting hot sauce at home. Since then, I’ve been perfecting my craft, always striving for the perfect balance of flavor and heat. I’m constantly experimenting to come up with new and delicious flavors. Now, I’ve decided to share my creations with the world, aiming to create the best hot sauce brand out there. Join me on this fiery journey and taste the passion in every bottle!
